Richard Y. Stevens
Richard Stevens, 81, was born to Etta (Crabtree) and Onel Stevens on 4-2-1941. He was a loving husband and father. He grew up in Maine and met his wife in Malden. He married the love of his life, and his family was his pride and joy. He enjoyed watching storms in his three-season porch. He loved dabbling in the stock market and was pretty good at it. He also loved working on computers and would always wipe them clean and reconfigure them to the way he wanted them to work. You could always find him playing his favorite music. He loved science, driving, fishing, going out on the boat, eating donuts and pies. He dressed for success to elude law enforcement which worked. His honesty, charm, charisma, and sense of humor made him popular with everyone. He was a superhero that could fix or teach you anything.
He is survived by his wife, Julie (Renzullo), and his four children with spouses, daughter, Cynthia & Alan Brady, son, Richard Jr. & Eileen (Hannawalt), daughter, Sherry & David Dodge and daughter, Nicole & Bryan Maher. He also leaves 6 grandchildren, Wayne Brady, Samson Brady, Sarah Stevens, Jessica Stevens, David Dodge Jr., and Summer Stevens as well as two great grandchildren Rachel Brady and Wesley Brady. He also had two brothers and two sisters, Onel (Sonny) Stevens Jr. (deceased), Marilyn Hussey, Kathryn (Kitty) Staples, Dorian Moran and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He will be sadly missed.
