On the 6th of December 2022, my Anna May, with a life of setbacks and difficulties that increased to an existence of constant pain, has finally returned to an eternal home to rest in the loving arms of her Father-in-Heaven. She leaves behind five sisters, one brother, two nieces, and one nephew. She was born on the 8th of May 1982 in American Fork, Utah. Her beauty was a contrast of white porcelain skin and coal-black hair. She was a happy child who brought joy and love to all who knew her. She soon was known as "Daddy's Little Shadow." Wherever I walked, she was there by my side. If I turned around, she was at my feet or tangled between my legs. She loved participating in the "homemade" plays and skits written impromptu by her sisters and enjoyed singing with them. Anna was a thoughtful and giving child. That characteristic held true as she started her own cycle of poor health. While her father was often recuperating from a hospital vacation or for a spontaneous reason of her own, she would send by Amazon a large box of "goodies" containing candy bars, crackers, drinks, and DVDs of a nature documentary or her favorite movie. These were unsolicited expressions of love and appreciation. Her last box I received was one week before she died. It contained three blankets, as she expressed, so her father would not be cold in his apartment. I texted her back thanking her. She replied with a smiley face. That was the last correspondence I received from her. Anna has left a "Life of Pain" and has been welcomed into a "Life of Merciful Eternity."

Online condolences may be expressed below.
